My family and friends go to Dr Greg Schulte in St Charles, he is a chiro, but also does nutritional response testing...so when we are sick, we go in to him and get adjusted, but also have him do 'applied kinesiology/energy testing' to find out whether it is viral, bacteria, fungal, parasite, etc and then get correct dosage of homeopathic and whole food supplements to bring our bodies back into balance. He has also helped our family with chronic issues-fertility, PMS, eczema, allergies, inflammation, migraines, thyroid, adrenal, prostate, etc in the last 15 years. Haven't been to a 'general' doctor in a very long time! www.schultechiropractic.com

I see Dr Hrdlicka at Integrative Health in Delnor. He toes the line between eastern and western, which I appreciate! He also does acupuncture and specializes in allergies, but I use him as my GP.

Doctor Heredia on Foxfield Drive in Saint Charles. I think she is awesome, but not sure she's taking new patients.

From FB: Dr. Sean Rardin at Riverwalk Family Medical is very respectful of more natural approaches, good general/family practice. Well liked by many of the mamas here. Takes most insurance.
